When catching up with client, and friend Jessica, she shared this line with me, and it sums up exactly why I do this work:

To help women learn to love their own story, their bodies and their wardrobes.  

For years, I hated my body and how I looked. I hid behind baggy jeans and long mumu cardigans. These choices resulted in me playing small in my career and life. Through emotional work, learning wardrobe and spiritual tools, and leaving corporate life to start this business, I finally arrived at a good place—so good that I wrote a book about helping other women love themselves as I had.

But then life evolved. I turned 40 😉 and had to learn, accept, love, and dress a whole new version of myself. At first, I was shocked to find myself back in what felt like square one. How could this be? I “knew” better than to be hung up on a closet that no longer served me. Then I realized: the writing of our story is never over, so the work of loving ourselves, our story, and our wardrobe isn’t over either.

That’s when this course, Style, Shopping and Soul, finally came to life.
I had written and planned this content years ago, but as it turns out, I needed to live through it (again) to best offer and teach it to you.
