The Most Radical Thing You Can Do Right Now

Written on February 14, 2026

Every February, we talk about love. And right now, with everything happening in the world, it might feel like love is in short supply.

But here’s what I keep coming back to: one of the most radical acts you can do is love yourself.

Love your brownness, your blackness, your gender, your story, your journey. Love the body you’re in right now, today.

I know that’s not always easy. Especially right now, when the world feels chaotic and being different feels like a liability instead of a gift.

I’m living this myself. I’m going through health challenges that can be debilitating at times. My body is bigger than it’s ever been, moving slower, not doing what I want it to do. And that lack of control has made it so easy to resent it.

But loving yourself, truly knowing and accepting the truth of who you are, inside and out, that’s the resistance. That’s the revolution.

My favorite way to practice this is through the Hawaiian Ho’oponopono prayer. It’s simple but powerful:

I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.

I do this every morning because I don’t want to be at war with my body. I want to honor it, even when it doesn’t cooperate.

Here’s my challenge for you this month: Stand in front of a full-length mirror. Look at a part of your body you might not love as much as other areas. And repeat those words over and over.

I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.

Loving your body isn’t about pretending you love everything. It’s about learning how to work with the body you’re in.

And that’s where clothes come in. Because clothes can either support you or punish you. We’re choosing support.

Join us for the ShapeShopp Love Your Shape Masterclass on Wednesday, February 26th from 3:00 to 4:30 PM Eastern, where Amy Wister and I break down how to dress your shape so getting dressed feels clearer and more confidence-building.

This session is about more than just clothes. It’s about showing up fully and feeling amazing doing it. We’ll walk through how to dress your current shape with confidence, why certain styles work better than others, and what your shape says about what to keep, edit, or buy next.

What’s included:

  • A 90-minute live virtual masterclass
  • A downloadable Style & Shape Toolkit
  • Time for questions and shared reflection

When: Wednesday, February 26th, 12:00 PM PST / 3:00 PM EST Investment: $50 (Use code VIP for 50% off). Register Here →

The same way that Ho’oponopono prayer asks you to look at yourself with compassion, this masterclass asks you to look at your closet with clarity. You are worthy of being seen. You are worthy of clothes that celebrate you, not hide you.

Yours in Style, Shopping & Soul,

Morgan
